Our Mission

To provide children with the tools necessary for success including school supplies, mentoring, group activities, art programs, and celebrating important milestones such as birthdays and graduations.  We work with local partners from shelters, educators, faith-based, and non-profit organizations to work towards our common goal which is to empower children for success.

KHKS also empowers children to design and execute service projects that benefit their community. By doing so, youth involved with our programs develop valuable leadership skills and gain an empathetic understanding of their ability to make a positive impact in the world. Our program is open to students from all socio-economic backgrounds, because every child benefits from learning that they can make a difference.
